Hey... I Done quite alot of training today it was primaraly based on breaking the one thing I'm rubbish at... Mental barriers I've been breaking them quite well after a chat with pete I was thinking that its only your mind telling you, you cant do somthing when You know you can you have to prove it to yourself... I done somthing I've been wanting to for Months today.. A BACKFLIP I bailed but I learnt from it..... Vid here Blog soon
