I've done my backflip after a long time of trying :D Also I've been trying to do Some conditoning after me training light but still, Every little helps.. I also do 5 inverted sit-ups every time I go indoors.. I'm looking forward to wednesday because the weathers predicted to be nice also my aunts in portsmoth so I can stay out later :) I've been breaking mental barrers like mad lately as it seems my training with Pete has unleashed my inner confidence in my skill in parkour I will upload a video of my sucsessfull backflip later, its so easy I might take it to flat on wednesday.. I'm really getting a sence of progression in the sence that I'm feeling better in myself, Though I think I need to start more of 4 things
1.More wet Training.
2.Better diet.
3.Barefoot training.
4.Night training
I think they will all help not only physically but hold a major contribution to my mental Control aswell....
