I've Been training about 9 months now, And only this week I Made my first proper kong, it was quite a achivement because it was a huge mental barrier that has probably been the hardest that I have ever broken, After almost a hour of standing round thinking about it I went for a kong And failed epicly, The 2nd time I tried I made it which goes to show to myself that I Can overcome things should I be willing to try and break the barrier... Will upload somthing soon In other news I've been trying to cut down on the number of precisions I've been doing and working on other movements... Such as kongs and wall scales primaraly also I've slowly been getting adapted to my new shoes which I'm still really not used too but getting there slowly I've been thinking about slowly starting bare feet, To not only toughen my feet up but also Strenthen my feet and also help to ajust to new techneqes... Will do some uploads and more blogging soon..
