Fun, Sun, and Parkour.

I've been itching to post my end of month post in my blog so I'll do it now....

Well If you read this title you'll know what This is mainly based on. Yes.... The Sun is finally here!!!! Its slowly coming back and seeing I didn't do that much last summer almost just starting up, etc I didn't use it to my advantage. Went to St albans on Sat and seeing I've had no money I Couldn't go. But This is the first time in almost a month I'd say. And aswell as having alll that sun which made my climbups lovely, but there was a INCREDIBLE Scaffhold Down near crown court. Unfortunately got kicked off but went back later. I trained with Tariq most of the day for the first time which I learnt a few interesting things. I started trying kongs on rails seeing i'm not that confident on them and it was easier then I thought it'd be Just another mental barrier I Guess. I Loved sat done some kongs down Tim & Reece's
Got photos coming soon, I'm hoping to Make a video too Been conditioning more, not been using my power ball because I cant launch it by hand =( But I Am thinking of a training Regime/Timetible/Targets whatever you want to call it..

I Wouldn't normally post this time of month but...

I Just thought I'd share with what People Who read this blog if any, that I've found a new way of conditioning; Well I diddn't find it but its still effective.. You want to know?

Wii fit..... Its strange because knowing most of the games are more kiddy then others. I was expecting this too be aswell.. But no if anything I think its quite good there are a range of muscle and yoga even endurance and airobic exercises, I was not looking to being weighed as I thought it'd call me obiese but no, I Was 10.5 stone, 20.98 BMI (Which is healthy weight) And I Was happy, I'd unlocked a thing called free jogging, where you can put the Wii-mote in my pocket and jogged on the spot, I Managed to do 2.6 miles in 10 minutes but was knakered for the rest of the day, I'm getting good rankings (4 Stars normally) on the muscle exercises and roughly 2-3 stars on yoga, I was suprised wtih yoga as some ofmy joints (Depending on what exersices they were either felt tightened or loosened So yeah, if you have Wii fit take advantage and use it!!!!!

NOTE

Do this aswell as our regular conditioning, Its good conditioning but not that good so I recommend continuing with your regular exersices aswell!

Conditions

For those of you who probably live in the UK, Will know that the past days, there has been a lot of snow, and schools closed etc.Possibly 4 inch's at least. And I came to think about something my auntie said to me just sitting there listening to my Japanese Techno Thinking, Me and my family know a girl who is a Olympic class swimmer, Me and my aunt was talking about how she trains practically every day, I Came to realise with the help of my aunt, That I Was doing something I Hadn't realised I Personally thought I was dedicated. But my aunt told me how I Sit on my arse for a few days after training, just sitting there on my Xbox. So because I want to change my ways I'm going to train drill whatever at least a hour a day, Other then a rest day obviously so my muscles can rest.

So I decided to put it to the test today with 4 inch's of snow I didn't have school and was doing nothing so why not. So I called up my close mates Ali and Pete And so we went out training, now obviously we couldn't train everywhere due to the snow Ice etc. we did do some training in the snow. but not much because we'd actually found quite a few places where we can drill loads of things from running precisions, To Kongs and Speeds, Even wall scales. but It wasn't all hard work because we had some fun seeing that this is the most snow we have had in 18 years I Thought I'd use it to my advantage. Why not? Parkour in my opinion is not all dedication it can be fun if anything I'm glad my hands are hurting from drilling somewhat 30 180 armjumps. If anything training like this I think it would make wet training stuff slightly easier.

Because when is the next time we are going to get this much snow again, 10 years maybe? more? So In my opinion it was more then worth it :)
I really cant wait till summer to see my progression because yeah, This is my first winter training and yeah its slowed down my training a lot, But hey I Think its the time I've progressed lots too, So I cant wait till summer, when I can put my real progression to the test, and work on mental barriers more, So Yeha, rant/thoughts over
