My experence's and feelings apon my training in parkour

I Wouldn't normally post this time of month but...

I Just thought I'd share with what People Who read this blog if any, that I've found a new way of conditioning; Well I diddn't find it but its still effective.. You want to know?

Wii fit..... Its strange because knowing most of the games are more kiddy then others. I was expecting this too be aswell.. But no if anything I think its quite good there are a range of muscle and yoga even endurance and airobic exercises, I was not looking to being weighed as I thought it'd call me obiese but no, I Was 10.5 stone, 20.98 BMI (Which is healthy weight) And I Was happy, I'd unlocked a thing called free jogging, where you can put the Wii-mote in my pocket and jogged on the spot, I Managed to do 2.6 miles in 10 minutes but was knakered for the rest of the day, I'm getting good rankings (4 Stars normally) on the muscle exercises and roughly 2-3 stars on yoga, I was suprised wtih yoga as some ofmy joints (Depending on what exersices they were either felt tightened or loosened So yeah, if you have Wii fit take advantage and use it!!!!!

NOTE

Do this aswell as our regular conditioning, Its good conditioning but not that good so I recommend continuing with your regular exersices aswell!
