A Important part of Every traceur I Guess, Well I've started my own conditioning time table which is basically for legs only and some other body, It is

Monday:
30 level Precisions
30 Push ups
10 minutes cat crawling

Tuesday:
20 Pistol squats (10 on each leg)
Balance practice
Training
20 Level precisions
------------------------------------
Wednesday:
Cycling
Swimming
20 Level Precisions
------------------------------------
Thursday:
Rest
------------------------------------
Friday:
Training
50 Level precisions
------------------------------------
Saturday:
Training and General whatever conditioning
------------------------------------
Sunday:
Rest
------------------------------------

Well I might update it soon, Depends but I intend to start pushing myself,

ill be coming on satday what ever people have been saying yes i skate a bit but pakour is still my sport or art im staying with i will never quit it ive manly not been on the satday sessions becuse ive been on hollyday grounded and moved house
