My experence's and feelings apon my training in parkour

Awesomes stuff

Well.... Haven't blogged in quite a while have I There has been quite a bit going down, For a while I lost most of my motivation and felt I Wasn't progressing at all. I Couldn't be more wrong I just wasn't seeing it. On Saturday (Yesterday) I gained it back, Thanks to a whole bunch of people I Will put a list of thank you's at the end of my blog post Right... I haven't felt I was progressing much I Know this for a number of reasons I was down/Unfeeling flow and training, Then my phrase came back to me "Even some progression is some progression" Just moving is too. So on Saturday I spent the day with a number of people and I was helping some of them on different techniques such as flick ups and when Jerron came up to me and told me I tought him everything he knows I denied this quote and told him he taught himself Which I think shows I'm not that vain after all :p anyway I was helping people setting little challenge's which was harder then a general movement setting a flow for people etc. When we were talking later as a small group I was asked what do I want to do when I'm older I answered to be a fireman but to be a coach of parkour one day, they all appraised me telling me I'd make a good coach etc, I thanked them but it was them who make me wannt to teach and who give me inspiration to train. and I' also having alot more FUN :)

So I'm feeling alot better now and feeling flow and progressionn everyone on saturday improved
