My experence's and feelings apon my training in parkour

2 Weeks and Jumping with Joy.

Well.... In two weeks time the one day of my training is finally going to arrive, I will have been training a year, it's strange as it comes up to it a very strange feeling authough I Have progressed to the maximum I can this year, and the limit is Relesed at the year point authough a milestone So I feel I can progress As much as I can.... I Do feel authough I have not progressed as much as I could have at the same time, I think this is because of the winter, As I started last spring, I diddn't realy know what it was like to train in the winter time, I Know now just how much of a challange it really is, and as winters coming to a close and its been hard but I'm glad I've gotten through it. I feel that it has made me stronger for when the time of summer does come, Then I will thrive.

Anyway, onto My general progression.

Landings
Are inproving quite well lately, Because I've been drilling them a little more then usual they are getting more precice and quiet which I'm happy with.

Kongs
Well.. They are getting better I can kong fluently now but I'm doing it double footed still and I'm Slowly getting split foot but they are a hard movement and I'm on general progression.

Rolls
Got my rolls quite nice at the mo I still need to think of a way to slowly get them on concrete though but they are looking nice and fluent on the grass.

Wallruns
I cant really say much about them at the moment, Because I Cant really remember the last time I did one, Through writing what I am now, I will go out and drill some later because they used to be alright, I need to get them up to scrach with every other movment I'm doing at the moment.

I'm in progress but theres always room for improvement, I Need to try more things that are a little scary to me and conqour them, which WILL help me improve to my wildest dreams, As its one of the main components in parkour.

FINALLY, I'm in progress of me video but I have not really been bothered to film anything, but I will do the rest when its warmer in summer, and I feel better. :)

Thanks for reading.
Laters ;)
